Enable Quote Mode Per Product
The workflow is simple, WooCommerce-native, and designed for speed:
When enabled:
- Enable Quote Mode on selected products
- Create the quote fields inside the WooCommerce product editor
- Customers submit a quote request from the product page
- Review the request inside your WordPress dashboard
- Add one or multiple price options
- Generate purchasable quote Woo products and send checkout links instead of manual invoicing
Standard products remain unaffected.
Customers Submit Quote Requests
Customers:
- Select product options (size, color, material, etc.)
- Enter their email address
- Submit a quote request
All selections are saved exactly as chosen and sent to the Custom Quote Hero management system
Review Quotes in the Admin
Admins can review quote requests in a dedicated back end interface.
Each quote clearly displays customer-selected options in a readable format, making it easy to understand job requirements without digging through raw metadata.
Approve Quotes and Convert to Orders
When a quote is approved:
- WooCommerce product(s) are generated for customers to add-to cart and check-out
- Pricing is applied by the admin
- Additional Variations and product options may also be created for customer to choose from
- A checkout link is emailed to the customer
- The customer completes payment through standard WooCommerce checkout
Orders flow through WooCommerce like any other purchase.
