Refunds, Hassle Free!
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all DevHero Digital plugins. If a tool is not the right fit for your workflow, you can request a refund within fourteen days of purchase with no pressure or hassle.
We want our tools to be useful, practical, and worth your investment. We build and use these tools ourselves across ecommerce, print services, and creative businesses. If you reach out, you are speaking directly with the people who actually built and rely on them.
We understand that purchasing a plugin is an investment, especially for small businesses. Our goal is for every DevHero Digital tool to genuinely improve your workflow and earn its place in your business.
If something is not working as expected, we encourage you to contact us. We take the time to review each request personally and will do our best to help resolve issues quickly, whether that means troubleshooting, clarification, or guidance on proper setup.
If you decide within fourteen days of purchase that a plugin is not the right fit for your needs, we will issue a refund during that fourteen-day window. We believe you should be able to try our tools in a real environment without pressure or risk.
If a plugin does not function as described and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, we will also issue a refund within the same fourteen-day period. We do not believe in making refund requests difficult or adversarial, and when a refund is warranted, it will be processed promptly.
Refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons after the fourteen-day window has passed:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the plugin
- Lack of familiarity with WordPress or WooCommerce fundamentals
- Conflicts caused by third-party themes or plugins outside our control
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access, refund requests submitted after the fourteen-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both the customer and our small team.
Our goal is not to sell software for the sake of selling it. We build tools we rely on ourselves, and we stand behind their purpose, usefulness, and long-term value.ld tools we rely on ourselves, and we stand behind their purpose and functionality.
